"How well" depends on your purpose. It keeps the dust off just fine. If you're concerned about looks (i.e., a tight fit which looks like the dust cover was specifically made for that saw), not perfect, since the table shapes are different. (I would have bought a Dewalt dust cover, except I...

Bandsawn into smaller blanks, with the splits filled with turquoise or something, it looks like it would make a nice set of matched bottle stoppers (4) or pens(8).

I just put sections of 4x4 under the legs when necessary. Quick and easy. For a 6" height increase, you might want to build 6x6" (x 30" long) boxes to put under each end.
