My speed dial is right on the money now. My first attempt was not so good as i had some grinding when speed raised to high. So I went back and rewatched the video again and good as new. thanks again.

calibrateing the speed

A few months ago I cleaned the dial as it was difficult to turn, and of course upon reasembling I managed to misalign it and now at my slowest setting it stops at E or F. Now im kind of gunshy at taking it apart and trying to fix it for fear that i may make it worse. But it has to be done, so any in...

I noticed when replaceing the bandsaw blade that I had cool blocks above the table, but thier was also a place to install them on the underside. None were thier, should I be concerned and order some before starting any projects?

I swung by lowes on the way home just to see what they had last night. They had bandsaw blades made by Vermont American at 40 - 50% off, so i picked up the last 4 they had for just over $20:D . The length of them are 72 5/16 (i think) but they fit and work fine for now.
