IMO you cannot repair rotten wood. Solution to a fix always takes effort. First - figure out why the rot has happened. (The cause) Find what species of rot it is. Interesting concept. Unfortunately, if it only works 'most (many)' of the times then you have two parts to find. :) :eek: This process can be scary if you don't have non-valuable parts to purposely drop.
