throwing off bandsaw

After adusting the bandsaw keeps throwing the blade off the top wheel .....any suggestions....Thanks

Good day all, simple question here....can I use .600 x 4" wormy chestnut for the 3/4" x 6" wood called for the "Hoosier Step Stool" on page 34 of the June 2002 issue of Wood workers Journal ?

hummm...used 1/4 carbide round over bit - taking 1/16 depth each pass - speed setting was "R"...no splintering on the cross grain....hummm pleased wth how SS performed in this mode
