sawdust session planner sharpening

I remember nick mentioning in one of the sawdust session using a slightly different angle for sharpening the blades. He quoted someone from the shop telling him a certain angle was better. Does anyone know which session this might be or remember the angle? I know it is different than what the planer...

Rip fence alignment 520

Can some one tell me were to find the rip fence alignment? I have looked through the manual a few times and must be missing it. :confused: ok, I found the thread that said there is none and to loosen the 4 screws on top keeping one snug, dang mine are super tight any thought on how to loosen them up...

Until today I have always been pleased with customer service. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes and then at 5:02 PM. The message changed and said the are only open to 5 PM EST and it hung up on me. Is this normal? I am sure the ones answering the telephone have no control over this but you would ...

Disk sander higher grits

Does anyone have a suggestion for were to purchase 12" PSA disk of higher grit 320, 400, 600 etc?

WOuld like to have this for sharpening.

I think I remember a post for a jig for drilling pen blanks. It was a V-block that was used in the horizontal boring position. If anybody knows where it is please post the link. Thanks nick,

The veener jig you said that they had 1/8 round and 1/4 round. Maybe I am making it to complicated, did you just cut the cross braces free hand or did you use and arc or circle jig to complete them?
