I would have to agree that proper set up for the SS jointer is everything. But unless you are going to get obsessive about keeping it exactly in alignment it will have its limitations. Todays shop project

My wife bought me a new tablet and naturally it was slightly larger than my previous one and therefore didn't fit the carrying case. I decided rather than fork out 60 bucks for another Pelican case I would use up some scraps and this is what I came up with.

Yes the cat did tip it over first thing ! To solve the problem it is currently zip tied to the wall on the corner. As far as how its made I laminated up the base and column and then used the SS to turn it as a unit. The top is birch ply framed with alder. The inlay was done by first routering in a 3...

OK now its beds for cats

Since we had dog beds I figured we needed equal tome for cats. This was my solution for an elevated cat bed. It is made of alder, maple and padauk. The base was the max height I could turn on the SS

Easy method for segmented bowls
