Someone correct me if I am wrong. Ideally, the distance from the leading edge of the blade to the fence during a cut remains constant, even if the fence were not parallel to the blade. If the distance from the trailing edge of the blade to the fence is a bit greater, wouldn't the cut still yield a b...

I've had 2 switches fail in the on position (very dangerous!) - the original keyed one that came with the Shopsmith and the first (3rd party) replacement. Cutting Slots
A friend ask me how to go about cutting 6 parallel slots 3/4" apart in the face of a board at a 75°angle. Is there a way to do that?
