I forgot to ask in my last post, With the wall mounted ER, Is the headrest bracket the only thing keeping the unit from wanting to swing downwards on its swivel base?

The wall mount is pretty cool. I've always wondered how it would work. As for a 10E or ER being loud, Bearings, Bearings, Bearings... Both of my ER's are very quite when running.
