I have something similar that I got from Amazon. I have found it invaluable for removing splinters.

The method I outlined is especially easier if you are going to do several pictures. Select multiple pictures, right click, select resize, select desired size, click resize, done.

See the second picture. Click Edit with Photos or Edit with Paint 3D, or Edit.

Perhaps he is referring to the built in picture editors that allow resizing. I found this new resizer to be quicker (and I don't have to remember the size limitations). Additionally, multiple pictures can be selected for resizing and all done at once!

I did see the same result as you when using the Shopsmith T-Nuts in just one slot. I didn't like it either.
This is why I came up with my own solution which is working well (see my post previous to yours).
