I swung by lowes on the way home just to see what they had last night. They had bandsaw blades made by Vermont American at 40 - 50% off, so i picked up the last 4 they had for just over $20:D . The length of them are 72 5/16 (i think) but they fit and work fine for now.

I noticed when replaceing the bandsaw blade that I had cool blocks above the table, but thier was also a place to install them on the underside. None were thier, should I be concerned and order some before starting any projects?

NO guide blocks underneath? Yep ORDER some if ya don't have any around.
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders,molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.
