Just got the email from SS. They have their Nova G3 chuck package on sale. It includes the Nova chuck package, a set of pin jaws and a SS adapter. $164.00

Sorry I was out-of-town last week but wanted to comment on the link Ron posted about the Mark 2.

The Tool-Hunter.com page Shopsmith Mark II (Mark 2) Information, History & Review of the Mark 2 (not Mark II) is incorrect. The Mark 2 was introduced December of 1957 but the Mark 5 was introduced March of 1954. The Mark 2 could not have been used to help fund the Mark 5.

I have noticed that before too,

Not sure if Scott was referring to the 10ER funding the development of the Mark 5, or if he meant the the Mark 2 funded the development of the Mark VII. Either way the article is in error on that point.

I emailed Scott and he agreed that there are errors in his Mark 2 history. He will be updating that page in the near future as time allows.

10 ER in Colorado. $120 factory legs and casters, speed changer, jigsaw, shaper fence. Shows as pending, but I thought John (jsburger) would be interested, as it has the remanents of a Shopsmith decal on the backside, like his demonstrator unit has.
