Cutting Slots
A friend ask me how to go about cutting 6 parallel slots 3/4" apart in the face of a board at a 75°angle. Is there a way to do that?
Re: Cutting Slots
for a table saw a taper jig would be my first suggestion , if you dont have one they are not hard to diy . https://www.amazon.com/Fulton-Taper-Tab ... B001N1FYSI pretty sure youtube has a bunch of videos on how to use one safely .I believe SS use to sell one .

Re: Cutting Slots
Could you sketch the objective? I didn't interpret your question the same as Hobbyman2 did. Or did I misinterpret his answer? Something. And what is the width of the slots?mountainbreeze wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 9:33 am A friend ask me how to go about cutting 6 parallel slots 3/4" apart in the face of a board at a 75°angle. Re: Cutting Slots
If you are talking about 75 deg to the face of the board I would suggest that you be very careful. 75 deg is very steep for any table saw. I would have to think about my geometry classes but if you cut them at a 15 deg angle to one face wouldn't that be 75 deg to the opposite face?

Re: Cutting Slots
Is this what you are striving for. If so, 15 degrees off vertical and vary the table height (depth of cut)
each time. Use a tall rip fence attachment.

Re: Cutting Slots
What Dusty drew is what was asked for however, I have since found that what he really wants is 15°, not 75° which is easy.

Re: Cutting Slots
Depending on how you measure the angle, the sketch depicts 15 degree slots. Fifteen degrees with reference to which surface?mountainbreeze wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 4:23 pm What Dusty drew is what was asked for however, I have since found that what he really wants is 15°, not 75° which is easy.
