Dusty I thought about Habitat but I figure they would turn around and sell the stuff. Once it leaves my hands I lose control I would prefer it to be in the hands of young wood worker. I was in a wood working club that had a fellow woodworker die, they held a more or less closed auction of his tools....

What to do with my tools
Well I am reaching the time where I need to decide what to do with my tools. None of my grandchildren seem to have any interest in woodworking and they do not have a place to do it anyhow. I do not see many young people getting into woodworking and none that I know of so what do I do with my tools? ...

Imagine what would happen if you can not sell any saw without saw stop tech.
Even if allowed you may be opening your self to a law suit. You sold a known unsafe saw and my client cut off his foot. This might collapse the used saw market and tablesaws in general.

The points about scrap-parts etc. remind me: My Dad many years ago had dealings with a gent in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, which in those days had a Snap-On Tools foundry. This gent's job including taking any defective wrenches to a site where they were buried in concrete! Wouldn't a foundry just melt do...
