How about that! A really good deal for $75 if you're into that kind of thing. If it was closer to me I'd go get it.
It was a 3hr drive, but I couldn’t resist! It’s a legit 1950s Magna-Line frame (motor is 1950s Monty Ward Powr Kraft). The jigsaw is similar vintage, and the belt sander is really good condition modern Shopsmith Inc.
Good score for $75, and a tank of gas…

Congrats! I know that machine is in good hands now. Hope you let me come see it sometime. It was tempting but I'm kind of full up on Shopsmiths now, I have to do a lot of work to make room for the scroll saw I picked up last week.
This it probably the fourth or fifth time I've stumbled across a collection like this. I assume these are impulse purchases by people who aren't really woodworkers, but aspire to be, who get enthused at a demo, buy the whole kit and kaboodle, and then when the truck arrives they suddenly realize, hey, I don't know how to do woodworking or set up tools!
Shopsmith should really try shipping containers fulls of rocks. If anyone opens them and complains, then they can ship what they ordered. But maybe one out of ten times, nobody opens the box!
Gale's Law: The bigger the woodworking project, the less the mistakes show in any photo taken far enough away to show the entire project!
I put that up a couple of weeks ago. It was $1500 then, now down to $1250. Assuming it hasn't corroded in the box you could make some money parting it out. It's all new unused parts, should sell well at price lower than list from Shopsmith.
ETA: On reconsideration not that great a deal to piece it out. You'd want to get at least $2500 in sales from your $1250 investment and much of it will sell for 50% of list price or less if it sells at all and you just won't get there.

Or they got sick, died, or lost their job and need the money. I've seen all of these and more.
